~~It appears so easy to run away from our problems and deal with them by ourselves or not at all rather than to work them out with our spouses, which is the right thing to do.
That is where the problems start, it stems from wanting to do it our way. It's better to learn to deal with our problems together and grow from the situation, together with our spouse. Don't allow our situations to overcome us and affect our happiness and our marriages. Don't go solo, it is a team effort. :~~
