Ephesians 6 vs 10-17.(ASV)
Paul encourages us to put on the whole armour of God.he continues,by saying,if you put on the whole armour of God,you are able to stand.Never-mind against who you must stand,first concern yourself to be able to stand.
For having put on the whole armour of God you will be able to stand and ready for the enemy.
He goes on to tell us what the whole armour of God is:
STAND THEREFORE,
Having girded your waist with TRUTH,
Put on the breastplate of RIGHTEOUSNESS,
Shod your feet with the preparation of THE GOSPEL OF PEACE,
Taking the shield of FAITH...........
Take the helmet of SALVATION,
And take the sword of the Spirit,which is the WORD OF GOD.
Please check for yourself,"Have I put on the whole armour of God ?"
It is not only a matter of standing,but also of,to be able to withstand in the evil day.
Have a blessed standing and withstanding Friday
