Know Him Who Is True, In Him Who Is True, In His Son Jesus Christ.

We overcome the world by our Faith in Jesus, not by the cross that we've come to make an idol. John says, "keep yourselves away from idols."
Now I ask the question, "what is an idol?" Something which we have created, and is of importance to our believe systems. It is something which we have to see that enhances our "faith"?
John encourages us to keep away, it's not what God intended the cross to be. It's not what Jesus Christ wants us to make of Him, an idol.
