That's Who Jesus Is

by ~Romeo Mannel~

Colossians
1 vs 17-18

And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist. And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.
He Is Before All Things,....
"In the beginning" refers to Genesis 1 vs 1 with the intention of linking Jesus Christ with the Word of God in Creation. The event Jesus' incarnation had cosmic significance. The "Word" is Jesus Christ - the eternal, ultimate expression of God. In the old Testament God spoke the world into existence. In the New Testament God spoke His final Word through His living Word,Jesus Christ. John 17 vs 5; In a prayer Jesus mentions about the glory He had with God before the world was.
He Is The Head Of The Body, The Church
And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things in the Church, vs 23) which is His body, the fullness of Him Who fill all in all.
When we accept Jesus Christ into our lives, we become part of the body of Christ, the Church. Jesus is above every principality and power and establishes dominion over the  powers of darkness by placing them under His feet. In Christ Jesus, we have been given the power to crush the enemy and the powers of darkness under our feet. However, we must exercise that authority, moving forward bodily, filled with faith and power, to trample on the works of the enemy.

He Is The Beginning
"I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,"say's the Lord, "Who is and Who was and Who is to come, the Almighty."
The return of the Lord Jesus Christ will be actual, personal, and visible. Jesus Christ is coming again, and everybody will recognise who He is. The event will be so incredible that every one will see it. The alpha and the Omega is the first and the last letters of the Greek alphabet, and they declare that God is in everything, from A to Z, and He is thus in control of human history from the Beginning to the end.

He Is The Firstborn From The Dead
And from the Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, the ruler over the kings of the earth. To Him Who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood.
For Whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.
He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.

Who Is He To You?
May He Have The Preeminence In Your Life?

If you have read through this ,I would be glad for your reply on this topic, and answer me on these two questions. God bless you all.
