Psalm 1:1-2
Blessed is the man
Blessed is the man
Who walks not in the counsel of the
ungodly,
Nor stands in the path of sinners,
Nor sits in the seat of the scornful;
But his delight is in the law of the Lord ,
And in His law he meditates day and night.
Wickedness and the law of the Lord. It's like daylight and darkness. Like night and day, and it cannot be in the same room at the same time.
The law of the Lord has become the joy of those who meditate on it day and night. It is not a law to them, but has become the will of God in their lives. A complete change of heart, mind and attitude.

We are being warned not to walk in the counsel of the ungodly. the Psalmist forewarns us, about the council that will rise up to deceive us with their ungodly creeds and decree's. We know of how in the 3rd and 4th century, the pagan practices were introduced into the church by Constantine. Not brought to death paganism but incorporated it's cultures, practices, beliefs and idolatrous acts into Christianity. The very same ungodly counsel is found in the church to this day.
They are known by their walking in their council's ungodly counsel.
They stand in the path of sinners, doing the very same sin under the cloths that they wear.
They sit in the seat of the scornful. debating how to sanctify their own acts of wickedness.
Yet,"Blessed is the man", who do not follow in the advice of the wicked. But he delights in, and meditate on, the will of the Lord for his life, day and night.
