God's Love Picks You Out Of Crowd

There are hundreds of individuals who finds themselves lost in a crowd. Once they discover their situation, they either continue within that position, not wanting to impose themselves on others. Or they continue in their silence in the humdrum or the crowd. It could be that they are governed by the label of being an introvert, but then, there are also found, those who are extroverts. Then there are those who had an unpleasant experience and not wanting to have anybody know about it, they are succumb by guilt, even if they not the guilty party. There are many other reasons why people find themselves lost in a crowd.

Some of these reasons can be devastating, for the person or for the crowd. To the person, because there is help in the crowd. To the crowd, the person can be an asset to others in the crowd. Reasons become reality when it realised. Even though that may be so, it, still being within the confounds of the beholder, needs to be released. Reasons can become a motivations, or a demotivations.

Then also, either the crowd will have to recognise the "lone rider," and not ignore it's very own rotting, eroding, and put systems in place to, like a maintenance program, to combat and be vigilant, seeking out and draw such people out of their "crowd-lost" situation. This in itself can become a painstaking manoeuvre, and it needs skillful action.

First; There should be no name calling and labelling. 
Secondly; It should be a, behind the scenes operations, 
Thirdly; Only a small, certain amount of people, should be involve. Most importantly; The person's interest should be a priority. As the main criteria is to bring that person into the main stream.
Above all; This should be ongoing.

Sometimes couples are even found to be in the same situation. Here the focus should be, on finding who the "lone rider" is of the two. Extreme care will have to taken. Already the other person are being drawn into and submit to an overwhelming desire to keep the spouse safe. Which already calls for extreme, but again I say, extreme careful, measures to be taken. The one who is covering for the other, is also cowering in fear for the both of them. The longer the stay the deeper the sink, the stronger the motivation.

They don't want to be there.

Before any action taken, The act of prayer should be imperative, and the guiding of Holy Spirit be not ignored or not to be quenched.

Using the same method of getting them into the main stream.
