| A newly released vintage from Darling Cellars sees the 'Blanc De Blancs' Brut MCC which translates to 'White from White' dry sparkling which is traditionally and in this case made from exclusively from Chardonnay. Alongside we have the first certified Methode Ancestral wine in SA from Vondeling, a very hands on ancient method of production when making a sparkling wine which has no dosage added, only topped up with previous vintage Rurale.
